We Need Your Support
With increased funding support and opportunities we hope to be able to expand and add an additional 6 students and continue our successful parent support program, "Bring It!", through the summer. Through our parent program we have been able to connect parents with each other and community resources, engage in conversations involving nutrition, child development, parenting styles, communication with schools.

Making a Difference - Success Story
It’s progress report time. Some of the kids get on the bus happy to hand them over and others not so willingly. This time around we had a new 2nd grader who had not been doing well academically. She smiled broadly as she handed over her report card. I sat down with her to look at it. She had not only improved across all subjects, she had improved by letter grade! Her overall average increased by 15 points. The best part was she was proud of herself because she had made the connection that her hard work was the reason. She has experienced success academically for the first time in a long time! Good student pencil: $1, celebratory ice cream: $4 Pride, willingness to succeed, self-confidence and huge smile: Priceless!
